In order to start this process we discuss with you the key competencies required for the role and then select appropriate psychometric, managerial judgement or ability questionnaires which the candidate can complete on-line.
We then interview the candidate to ensure the accuracy of the psychometric measures. During the interview we discuss how they perceive their personality and behaviour and can then draw valid conclusions with regard to their future performance.
Should any queries arise from your initial interview with the candidate we are able to investigate these further and give you areas to probe in-depth during a final session.
If necessary we can give you immediate verbal feedback and this will be followed by a written report covering the candidate’s personality, strengths and weaknesses and their suitability for the role.
It is preferable to assess a short list of three or four candidates in order to make a valid comparison.
