MENTORING AND COACHING
As your organisation changes and develops your people need support to cope with the new demands being placed upon them. Davis Associates' in-depth experience of the pressures and problems faced by people at all levels, across a large range of differing circumstances, ensures that we can offer meaningful mentoring and coaching for both individuals and for teams.
One-to-one mentoring and coaching might be focused on providing impartial, third-party professional support or on enabling an individual to take charge of their own personal development, or both. Whatever the focus, the result is enhanced personal performance; and therefore enhanced organisational performance.
Team mentoring comes into its own when an identifiable group, for example a Board or Directors or Departmental Team, is not functioning efficiently. Our role in these instances is to help foster a robust intra-team culture that means its members can work together effectively.
