One-to-one mentoring and coaching might be focused primarily on providing impartial, third-party professional support; on enabling an individual to take charge of their own personal development, or both. Whatever the focus, the result is enhanced personal performance - and therefore enhanced organisational performance.
Team mentoring comes into its own when an identifiable group, for example a Board or Directors or Departmental Team, is not functioning efficiently. Our role in these instances is to help foster a robust intra-team culture that means its members can work together effectively.
